By accessing and using BukaTelefone ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BukaTelefone provides a device tracking and management service that allows you to:

• Track the real-time location of your registered devices
• Execute remote actions (ring, lock, erase) on your devices
• View location history and action logs
• Manage multiple devices from a single account

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Track devices without the owner's consent
• Engage in stalking or harassment
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Device Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of all devices you register with the Service, or that you have obtained explicit permission from the device owner to track and manage the device. Unauthorized tracking is illegal and may result in criminal prosecution.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate location data, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Location data depends on factors including GPS signal strength, network availability, and device capabilities. We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate location data.

7. Remote Actions

When using remote actions (ring, lock, erase):

• Ring: Will play sound at maximum volume for 30 seconds
• Lock: Will lock the device with your specified PIN
• Erase: Will perform a factory reset, permanently deleting all data

Warning: The erase action cannot be undone. Ensure you have backed up important data before using this feature. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from your use of remote actions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Fees and Payment

BukaTelefone currently offers free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. You will be notified of any changes to pricing at least 30 days in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by BukaTelefone and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BukaTelefone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BukaTelefone and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
